Heavy rain failed to stop 9 men from gathering in the early gloom of sunday morning, much like the fartsack that failed to hold them down, and for many even the soreness from The Sasquatch CASUP concqured the day before. Brave, strong, and not completely stupid, the men gathered, then ran, under the cover of the parking deck. as rain eased, they ventured out- down 4th past brownlea, then back up 5th street. some made a brief tour of the campus fountain before all gathered back at the alternate AO site for a few cool down exercises, followed by COT. Most of them running 4.5-6 miles before the workout’s end.

Prayer request- Praise for and awesome CASUP, for the hard work of Grammar as well the many support men and women of the support crew, the men who stepped up to Q and all the CASUP men from near and far who took on the challenge. Prayers for Tonka as he seeks to help a friend in very hard times. Prayers for Early Bird’s and Noona’s knee pain that they will heall quick, as well all the sore bodies of all the other men who strived though to the end of a tough challenge. Thanks Rafiki for his well spoken words as he led us in prayer.
