Coming off of my half marathon last weekend, I realized that I really need to train on hills, they killed me durning the half. Talking with Sharkbait and Tonka, each at respected times, they gave me the idea or running suicides up and down College Hill. So when Gazelle asked for a Q for Sunday morning I took it up with the plan of getting my F3 brothers would help me get better on hills.

The Thang

Started with a warmup lap around the town commons.

Then we headed down Cotanche street to the McDonalds.

Took a Left at McDonalds and ran down 10th Street to the bottom of College Hill.

Once at the bottom the faster Pax ran a lap around the flood lot while the Q went back for the 6.

When all Pax were at the Hill. I explained we would be running to the second drive way on the left at the top of the Hill and come back to the first drive way on the right at the bottom of the Hill. We ran suicides for 17 minutes to allot plenty of time to get back to the Commons.

Once on the way back to the commons the faster Pax headed to the parking deck while the 6 caught up. The slower Pax went up the stairs where I gave the directive that from the top of the stairs we would sprint to the very top of the parking deck. Once at the top it was Pax choice to run backward to the bottom or do cross overs to the bottom.

When all Pax were at the bottom we returned to the Commons.

Mr. Belding closed us out in Prayer.

Several Pax to include: Mr. Belding, Bono, Joker, Sharkbait and Rambo headed to the Stadium to support Lightbulb in his VQ.

I must call out DUFF and STRINGBEAN both said they were going to post this morning but were nowhere to be seen.
