TIny Dancer took the Q with an HC on Saturday. We were supposed to have a VQ today but it got pushed back a little bit. The workout went like this.

The Thang

  • Mosey to the row of picnic tables on main street. It’s the day after the dogwood festival so they went on forever ( 25 total) 10 dip and 10 urkins at each table, you do the math!
  • Mosey to the picnic tables on Belcher street for 10 box jumps at each table ( 11 total) , you do the math.
  • Mosey to the picnic tables by veteran monument. 5 durkins at each table ( 5 total) this math is easy!
  • Mosey to the tent thats up for at least one more day. Partnered up and incorporated Tiny Dancers mom business  ( Rise and Grind Coffee Shop) into workout. Phone number is 252-228-0094 so started out doing 252 merkins, one person would start while other moseyed around outside of tent and then flapjack. Next was 228 Imperial Walkers with same concept. Finished with all 4 Pax teaming up for 94 Burpees.
  • Mary: Flutter Kicks, Freddie Mercuries and Hip Thrusters.
