Soft Shell and YHC finished right on time. Pusher and Rafiki finished a minute or two early and were doing Plank-o-rama!

Awesome to see a good size group show! Many of them did not have KB’s. We even had to breakout a ruck! Monarch came to his first KB workout because he bought them for his M for a weight to hold down a display, think he got good use of them today!

If you can do simple math, that’s 100 reps of each exercise and about 3 miles! Great start to the morning!!!
