BTS and yhc got in some good livin’ before the beatdown, such a blessing to be EC’n… Ruck Therapy as they say.

Mission stated, disclaimer given, and by that time The Closed Hand was yelling that it was freezing, as he was in his longsleeves standing next to Joker and his tank top… Anyways, yhc decided that after the POA, it was time to give a nice little warmup…..

Thang

  • Pick up kb’s, and head to sidewalk to form a single file line facing Tapped.
    • Make our way towards Tapped, holding kb’s overhead, then down to farmer’s carry alternating between the two with every passing vehicle. Pax started to chatter and ask if we were really walking with our kbs.
  • At the Tapped location, line up shoulder to shoulder at the first building post. 25 reps of an exercise at each post.  Exercises were…
    • Deadlift, Curls, Goblet Squats, Overhead Press…. Rinse and repeat… yhc called on different pax to lead out this time, focusing on cadence.
    • At the end of our second go around, we combined all the exercises we focused on, into a complex moveement. 25 of, Deadlift to Curls to Goblet Squat to Overhead Press!  This was a nice little burner!  Ground kbs, mosey to the end of the parking lot and back to kbs.
  • Move on to the next building post, where several pax were called upon to lead out in 15 reps of a kb exercise of their choosing. We did, KB Swings, Tricep Extensions, Curls, Squats, Snatches. At the last post, we were right in front of the Karate dojo, so we did some Aternating KB Merkins, and the Kobra Kai Squat kicks! Back to the flag.
