Pulled up this morning and put the miniature boombox on top of the Dad Sedan.  LCD soundsystem was on the playlist today and Gang Starr must be a fan because it may have been the first time any of us have spotted him at 520am.  Kettlebells and a few dumbells began to cling as trunks were emptied.  This is how it went down.

Moleskin

The Respect crowd was kicking some serious butt this morning.  You guys inspire me.  Not just because your beating most other 50 year olds, but because your very wise.  Matlock returned and it was great to see him out there.  He reminded me that my disclaimer had some opportunities for improvement if I was going to escape a civil suit.  Good to see all you guys this morning.  Great inspiration from Splinter in the BOM and lots of good prayers from men that are thinking outside of themselves.  Pied Piper will be your Q next week so get ready.
