As YHC rolled up to Paramore park for the Kickoff of our new strength and conditioning workout at Paramore Park, he began to unload the the 500 lbs of gear he had stored in the low rider Sonata. The Pax began trickling in until we reached 8 total. Despite the lack of FNGs, YHC still gave a disclaimer due to the introduction of equipment and we began the fight.

Teams of two complete 5 different Stations. Each team completed 150 total reps for each station (75 per exercise).
