YHC was asked last week to Q today and gladly accepted. YHC normal plans an awesome route that is fun and challenging, but when planning the route something was just telling YHC to do something different. So we may have not it all the mileage some were looking for, we did get some good running in and mostly stayed together the whole time.

Warm-up – None required

The Thang – The Route:
Left out of JH Rose and continue on Greenway to Lower Minges lot bus stop.
Then we ran suic-strides which consisted of Sprinting 1/4 of the parking lot and mosey back to bus stop, then did the same thing for 1/2, 3/4 and full length of parking lot.
Next PAX was instructed that we would do the same sequence but this time try lengthening your stride some, maybe 2-6 inches longer with same pace.
Credit Stringbean for the suic-stride name but YHC is going to use it again.
Then we ran back down the greenway to the flag.

Moleskin
Everyone knows running ENC in the summertime is much harder with the heat and humidity. Make sure to hydrate the day before and after your runs and all workouts. This time is tough but makes us better. Continue hitting it hard around your vacation schedule and you will see rewards. I always pack my running gear and run different areas on VAC.
