The Tuesday After the great camp out, we had 4 men show up.

Warm-up – 20 Merkins

Da Thung

  • Run to the closest wall, do people’s chair followed by balls to the walls
  • Run to the jogging track
  • Do a lap around the jogging track stopping at every bench doing 10 dips
  • Do another lap around the jogging track stopping at every bench doing 10 step up
  • Head to the tennis courts and a ladder workout with 2 WWII at every count until we get to 16
  • Raise and repeat with WWI
  • Next went to the parking lot and did 4 counters with 5, 10, 15 & 20 squats at the different counters
  • Repeat
  • Ended at the picnic shelter and did 20 super step-up, 20 picnic table set-ups & 20 irkiens
  • Repeat
  • Run Laps around the parking lots until 6:15
