Hometown only gave my 24 hours to come up with something for the Schoolyard.  I usually like to mull it over for a couple of days to get the workout right in my head.  I always like to keep it simple and still mix it up a bit.  So here we go.

Warm Up provided by Nancy Drew:

1 lap around the track

Circle up in the middle of the football field

20 SSHs

10 slow squats

10 slow merkins

20 MCs.

Nancy suggested some lunges but I specifically exclude lunges when I Q.

We gather at one corner of the football field to start the 4 corners.

We start with Burpees and to mix things up we go diagonally to the opposite corner, to the right to the next corner and diagonally down to the opposite corner and back to the start.  We do 3,6,9, and 12 burpees.

Next is merkins.  We run straight to the top corner, go diagonally to the opposite corner, straight up to the far corner and diagonally back to the opposite corner.  We do 10,15,20, and 25 merkins.

Next is plank jacks.  We ended up going clock wise around the corners but I wanted us to go another way.  We did 10,20,30,30 PJs.

Next is Flutter Kicks.  We go left to the closest corner, run diagonally to the opposite corner, to the left to the far corner and diagonally back to the start.  We run backwards the whole time.  We did 10,20,30,40 Flutter kicks.

For an ending to the 4 Corners we go counter clockwise around the corners and do the top reps of each exercise.

40 Plank Jacks

40 Flutter kicks

We line up and do an impromptu tunnel of love.

Run one lap.

Circle up  and finish the workout with Freddie Mercurys, dollys, thors, WWI and a round of guantanamo.  Back to flag and circle up for the COT.

Pray for Half Pipe and his family because his Father in Law passed late last week.  Pray for safe travels for the Juice to Boone and Belize.
