Warm Up: Good Mornings, arm circles, SSH, Stretch to left, stretch to right, burpees

The Thang:

Mosey to the church.

Merkins x10 @ each second line with bear crawl between. Squats x10 with lunges between each second line back.

Merry led by Spinal Tap (flutter kicks) and Sawdust (American hammers).

BLIMPS each exercise performed 4 times (@ each church corner with mosey between)

Modified at end due to time constraints with 50 plank jacks and 50 squats together.

Mosey back to school, 5 burpees.

That was it!
