Hi there!

My good buddy slalom reached out to me last week as AOs are opening back up and was making sure I had a Q lined up. I didn’t lol. But neither did he, so we pulled the ol’ switcheroo and he covered MASH and I picked up the School Yard. Boom! easy peasy. YHC usually tries to incorporate pull ups into my Qs but I had to search for 30 minutes the day before for a place for them.

1. Mosey to track
*Theres two spot to do pull ups. Taller/More athletic Pax on the soccer goal at the south end of the field and others on the stand next to the baseball field.
Perform pull ups- AMRAP
once a Pax has AMRAP-d, run one complete lap.
Repeat 3 sets of Pullup and 2 laps

2. Mosey to basketball court on NW corner of school.
There will be milk crates there spaced out.
  *Each Pax stands at a crate.
