I was the Lone Ranger so I rucked across the street in Tucker going back in forth down each street while it was raining. It was kinda nice just rucking in the rain

0530 Beat Down

All the Pax rolled in and we started the workout with the Pledge of Allegiance. We then did a few warm ups. Then we moseyed around the school to the famous hill. We then did 11s. Left there and headed to the track where we did 4 corners running in between. We did merkins, squats, high knees, and last but not least hallelujahs. We did 3 rounds starting with 10 then 15 and finishing with 20 reps on each round. Then we got out on the field and got side by side and did the tunnel crawl. Man on the end did 10 merkins and then crawled to the end and the next pax went until all where done. Circled up afterwards and did 50 WW1s. Then we ran the field from end zone to end zone twice. Then it was time to head to the flag to end with some Mary. Great push from all the PAX.

Great to have Punch out back out in the gloom for his first workout since his surgery. Thanks Road Runner for bring him out for his first day back. What a great friend you are!! Also great to see Bull Frog out there pushing  thru the pain doing the harder thing.

Pray for all the injured Pax that are recovering from one thing or another.
