YHC got the word from Slim Jim that the cold had got the better of him and he needed to be covered for the Q. Slim has always been there for YHC when a Q was in need, so YHC was ready to fill in. YHC asked Slim to send over the work out that he had planned. Which that meant i was pulling a Winkie – or as Cousin It Mentioned – “Holding Slim Jim’s Winkie” YHC was honored.

 

After returning from a 440 EC Ruck with Patch, Pied Piper, Bambino, Jock Itch and YHC – it was quickly 0530 – disclaminer was given, NO FNG and Slim Jim’s workout began:
