Ladder (track running followed by corresponding exercise)

  • 100: 10 burpees in cadence
  • 200: 15 jump squats in cadence
  • 300: 20 American hammers in cadence 
  • 400: 25 Merkins on downs 
  • Repeat backwards (300, 200,100)

Wall exercises: 

  • SL wall squat alternating with each counter (5 seconds)
  • Chicken peckers 4 count down the line 

Dips 2 sets x 25 reps
