Mosey to the tennis courts for four corner ( merkins, diamonds, wide arm and ranger) x 15 each with bear crawling short lanes and lunging long. Whole tennis courts corners with (jump sqts, mule kicks, jump lunge and low slow sqts) Mosey to the hill for 7’s with burpees/dry docks. B2W and PC on the FMS wall and then Mary.
