Got the call from Tater that he needed a Q for Warrior Wednesday.  I’m not sure if I’ve ever Q’d a stadium workout….at least in a a very long time….so it was time to see what this AO had to offer.

Was planning on catch me if you can around the stadium, but not enough PAX came out.  Instead we did a lap around stopping 4 times for 5 burpees each stop.

Elevens-Merkins by doors to Minges and squats at top of stairs at Murphy Center.

Circled up for Mary- American Hammers and Freddie Mercurys.

Mosey to parking lot for sevens- Merkins at top of hill, lunge down hill, squats, and backwards run back up hill.

Mosey back to the flag.
