It was a beautiful brisk morning at Westside. The ladder made an appearance. We started with the mission of F3. The goal was to live into the mission fully. We planted a shovel flag, we grew physically and spiritually, we served each other, we were invigorated, and we became better leaders through the process. Mission accomplished.
The ladder traveled to the entrance of the AO
5-10-15-10-5 was the rhythm
Merkins, Squats, and Flutter Kicks round one
The ladder then traveled to the Baseball field
Carolina Dry Docks, Jump Lunges, and Box Cutters round two.
The ladder then traveled to the Soccer Field bleachers
Dips, Step Ups, and WW1’s round three.

YHC led us in prayer.
It was great to welcome Diesel into the F3 brotherhood this morning. He is an assistant principal and very involved at Koinonia Church. YHC challenged Diesel to HeadLock some of his church brothers. This guy is a Natural Born Leader and looking forward to watching him connect.
He was given the Ultimate Warning / Disclaimer.
