Q called circle up, welcomed all, the disclaimer was given and it was go time.

Warm Up:

Pledge to the Flag of our Country, 12 SSH’s, 12 Michael Phelps & 12 Cotton Pickers.

The Thang:

Things were started off with a trip to the Pain Ground for some partner work.  When Koolaid called the number of reps there was quite a bit of mumble chatter, but “that’s what he said” so off we went.  Partners were to complete 100 swerkins, 200 pull ups and 300 box jumps (step ups for some of us) while the other ran to the end of the parking lot and back.

Next up we went between the buildings and lined up on the walls for 10 count each of chicken peckers followed by a 10 count each wall sit.  Rinse and repeat and off we go to the back parking lot.

In the back lot we went 4 corners starting with 10 WMD’s at the first corner and adding an exercise each corner as we went.  The second corner we added 20 WWI’s, 30 squats in the 3rd corner and finished by adding 40 merkins in the 4th.
