by Seven motivated men posted at the stadium for a workout full of fun and fellowship. It went as follows.

Part 1

Perform 20 Merkins at the N corner of the stadium

Run to the E corner. Perform 20 Dips.

Skip jump (Super Mario jump) to S corner. Perform 20 WWII’s.

Run to the W corner. Perform 10 modified Burpee Step Ups.

Run to the N corner. Repeat for one more iteration around the stadium.

Part 2

Group splits into 2 man teams. Each team splits between 200 yard laps and exercise reps.

Partner 1 performs Skip Jumps for 100 yards and jogs back 100 yards.

Partner 2 conducts as many reps of each exercise that was performed in Part 1 of the workout.

When partner 1 returns, they switch and the next man takes over reps.

This continues until each team reaches 120 reps of Merkins, Dips, and WWII’s, and 60 reps of Modified Burpee Step Ups.
