Scotty Moe and Bartman met at 0430 for EC ruck

YHC rolled up and we were off.  Scotty Moe needs less than 5 miles to complete Pathfinder Endure so we threw our rucks on for the workout.

2 laps around the U shuffling the sides.

Head to the student parking lot for 2 laps shuffling the sides.

Off to the rock pile for a superset of 7’s and 21 OH tricep extensions.

Head to the big hill for an AMRAP of 10 squats on the bottom and 10 squats on the top..10 rounds.
