Once again, a VQ got cold feet at the Clydesdales. Apparently, YHC needs an intervention with String Bean to help motivate and inspire VQ’s.  The show must go on so YHC came up with a plan inspired by the Iron Maiden song Run to the Hills and this is how it went.

Scotty Mosey to the big hill for an AMRAP of 10 reps at the top and 10 at the bottom.

Merkins – 100

Squats – 100

Scotty Mosey to the tennis court hill for another AMRAP 10/10 top and bottom

Hallelujah – 100

Overhead claps – 100

Scotty Mosey to the stairs by the pirate statue AMRAP 10/10 top and bottom

Imperial Walkers – 100

Hillbillies – 100

Scotty Mosey to the opposite staircase for straight up and down the stairs until 6:14.

Short scotty mosey back to the flag for a circle run until 6:15.

According to my device we ended with 57 floors..solid work.
