YHC found out the best time to Q is on your birthday way back when!  Asked Fin to put YHC on the calendar and made a go of it.  Monday workouts are becoming one of those where PAX got many options.  Five other PAX chose this one and this is what went down.

The Thang

YHC explained we were going to do 8 reps of the following 4 exercises then running a lap after finishing each sets

Ground to Curl
Ground to American Swing
Ground to High Pull
Ground to Overhead

If you finished early you were to ruck up and walk with your kettlebell. Three PAX went OYO, so we did 3 burpees together.

We rucked up and headed for the building for some of the same. We did 8 reps of the following 4 exercises while doing a lap together around the building:

Merkins
Lunges
Up and Down the Stairs
Mountain Climbers
Up and Down the Stairs
Foot Release Squats

We consistently picked up the pace on each lap and finished a few minutes late.
