Moleskin:

At one of YHC’s first workouts, a PAX (I don’t remember who) asked us what we were joyful for?  Sometimes we get so caught up in the regular mumble chatter that we forget to ask each other, what we are excited for.  YHC asks that you consider adding this to your next workout.  It is fun and uplifting to hear other brothers talk about what is bringing them joy in the moment and helping them get their heads off of their pillows in the morning.  YHC learned new things about each brother in attendance, and it did my heart good.
