  • Goblet Squat – 15
  • Carry Rock over head to the corner and back

  • Mosey to first station: 10 Merkins, 10 Jump Squats, 10 Vups
  • Mosey to 2nd station: 20 Merkins, 20 Jump Squats, 20 Vups
  • Mosey to 3rd station: 30 Merkins, 30 Jump Squats, 30 Vups
