YHC was set to post at the usual, #WestSideStory, today till Hiny asked YHC to Q #BlastOff because he has a small virus. Sure was the answer, it’s what we do for our brothers. It reminded YHC that he didn’t remember seeing a Q. Saw afterwards, that he put there would be a Mistery Q on the #TwitterMachine. YHC arrived and most of the PAX were stretching in the Parking Lot, so parking was modified. It’s been about a year since YHC has seen San Fran, so he gave a big warm-up hug. Mosey toward the first field. Warned the PAX there wouldn’t be much running. Told one of them on the way, it would be less than 5 miles. Truth is we didn’t go past the outfields and even with back in forth movements, YHC’s watch only shows 1.94 miles at work (which could include various other walking).
At the small wall we did jump-ups OYO – 5 10 5!
We then mosey’ed between Field 1 & 2 for Special 11’s!

We then mosey’ed to Merkin Wall IC – 5 10 5 (Irkins, Clorax Merkins, and Derkins)!
We then mosey’ed to the Shelter for Super Step-ups and Abs with bigger number OYO – 5 10 15 10 5 (Picnic Table Sit-ups, American Hammers, and In & Out’s)! Burpees for the six, some of the PAX slowed their roll after learning this was done after each round.
We then mosey’ed back to the #ShovelFlag for some running in place with Up-Downs (1st Round), Down on Back (2nd Round), Jump Squats (3rd Round)!
We then finished up with: 10 Peter Parker’s IC and 10 Imperial Walkers IC!
San Fran stopped right @ 0615 because “that’s what the book says!” We finished a few seconds later (still 0615)!
