Well if the title doesn’t want to make you keep reading I can’t help you.  This was supposed to be an “OG Workout” so when I think old school F3 I think everyone staying together, trash talking the entire time, and working up a good sweat.  I think this checked all the boxes.  I put in a call to a few OGs and got a HC from one.  The rain let up just before 0530 and we were off to the races.

The Thang

2 laps around the track stopping at each intersection and adding 5 reps of each exercise at each stop:

5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 LBC, 20 Dry (Moist) Docks, 25 American Hammers, 30 Squats

Run to old gym equipment site and lunge walked to middle.  Stopped for 25 Dirkins Mosey to traffic circle.  Bear crawl around traffic circle, one round of Wimpie Legs, bear crawl around circle again

Mosey to picnic shelter: 25 Foot Release Squats, 25 Dips, 20 Super Step Ups

Mosey back to flag for gong hits

Moleskin

The word of the day was Moist, Throwback video game of the day was Legend of Zelda.  I love that F3 has gotten so big, but there’s nothing like a small group sometimes for the best mumble chatter.
