Paradise City – Take Two at The Mothership

Paradise City makes it’s second stop on the ENC AO Tour at The Mothership, Boyd Lee Park!

The Gloom was extra Gloomy this morning.

The plan was simple.

The Dice were delivered.

It was time to control dem bones and let the adventure begin.

We had a smaller group this morning, which turned out to be awesome for this set up.

The rules were given.

Each man would have an opportunity to roll the dice.

The weinke had a different workout for each number 2-12.

YHC would call out the number of reps for each stop on the tour.

If you rolled doubles, you had to tell the group a fun fact about yourself that noone had heard before.

If you rolled the same number as the man before you, you got to choose the exercise.

Station One was 10 reps.

Station Two was 20 reps.

Station Three was 15 reps.

Station Four was pure craziness.

You had to be there.

It would be hard to describe the pure craziness-

Just know that the F3 gods were wanting us to do extra bear crawls and that none of us wanted to go to Vegas after the COT!

Great time this morning had by all.

YHC closed us out in Prayer and we all went on our way – stronger than we started. Other than the weinke… It was much soggier.
