  • Modified Indian Run (Frisbee and reps)
    • Invented at F310YR.  Throw the frisbee from the back to the font while Indian Running.  Drop it and there is a penalty (5 reps of an exercise).  We dropped it a lot…
  • Bear crawls on the Sand Volleyball court.
    • Each court was a different exercise.
  • Tug of war!!!  Winner picks the exercise for the next activity
    • Jump squats were picked by the winner (best out of 3)
  • Frisbee Run to the shelter
  • 5’s (not 11’s).  Smurf jacks and Dips while stepping over 3 sets of picnic tables
  • Back to the flag for mary’s
