Wimpie said I can’t workout Friday because I have the Ruck the next day in Chapel Hill, so can you Aquaman lead the workout Friday. Sure I can Wimpie, but that is a sad reason to miss a workout. So Wimpie you better put a 30lb weight plate in your ruck sack tomorrow!

This morning I was surprised that 2 of my 2.0 got up at 5am to joy our workout.This is most shocking to my M because it has been hard all week to get them up before 7 to get to school on time.

Warm-up

  • Run around the park stopping at every sidewalk to do 10 Aquaman Merkins (Yes, I did name an exercise after myself because “I’m cool like that”)
  • Next run around the park backwards stopping at every sidewalk to do 5 one arm Merkins

Thang

We did 11’s for our thang, with bear squats at one end and monkey humpers at the other end. The real fun thing about this 11’s was that we did lunges from one side to the other side.
