Moleskin: YHC was expecting a small crowd today, and so planned accordingly to use the playground and swings to switch things up a bit. We were a small but mighty bunch this morning. Thanks for coming out. Before the 11s, Wimpie did a pullup OYO and knocked his head on the bar. During the 11s he started to swing on the swing rather than do the Bulgarian Split Squats as prescribed. He said he was feeling light-headed and needed a break. Was it self-inflicted from hitting his head, from the mule kicks, low blood sugar from not eating breakfast, or as Slim Jim said, just plain out of shape. Ha. Hope you’re feeling better by now brother.
