Record PAX today (26 strong) showed up for a basic lesson in Cadence and Calling the Sequence.  This was a prime example of the blind leading the blind, but “Fake it till you make it” worked for me up to this point, so why stop now?

Warmup: In Cadence – SSH (20), Merkin (10), 1/2 Mile Run

The Thang

Randorama Learn the Sequence and the Count: Every PAX member (except for 3 FNGs) were pulled to the middle one at a time to Lead an Exercise.  Each exercise was counted IC from a 10 to 20 count.  5 Burpee Penalty for mistakes made during the Sequence.  By the last third we learned from our mistakes (Funny how that works).  In no particular order this is how it went down.
