Monarch recently asked YHC to Q, happened to think about it the other day and thought it was coming up. A plan was set in motion and YHC thought about recruiting, but figured a decent number would come (due to a few SL commmits). All sorts of attire was sported from shorts, short sleeves, tights, sweatshirts, longsleeves, etc. YHC had one plan, we would keep moving to keep the PAX warm. So it was time to…

10 LBC’s outside Home Plate (thanks Urraca)
Complete 3 slices/laps of this with someone you don’t know.
Go inside the Field behind Home Plate and pick a new partner.
Run in Opposite Directions.
When you meet in Centerish Field one PAX Planks and the other does 10 Derkins, then Flip-Flop.
Continue Running.
When you meet at Homeish do 10 Bro WWI’s.
Complete 3 laps of this.
4 Bases/4 Corners (Had the PAX pick exercises).

Thankful for a great turnout and even numbers! It was Rafiki’s first ever post for this workout! It was the first time in awhile that Wimpie has posted at Boyd Lee! First time that YHC has a queued for some of these guys in awhile! Have a great day and glad we kept moving this morning!!!
