Steve Irwin used to say, “She’s a beauty..” regarding those Crocs. Well, this morning God allowed us to experience a Beauty of a day. The PAX showed and absolutely wondered and talked about the Quick-Lube’s secret Q for the day. Grammar shared how glad he was about school being over (he was dancing) and also how Quick-Lube’s last Wednesday workout was tough and I did agree..No FNG’s. Disclaimer given, the 19 were off.

Pick up rocks, Mosey to the next intersection, while in Cadence pumping the Hallelujah Rocks. French Fry honored us with his counting skills (so he does not forget his schoolin) to 30……… ……-10-Burpees. Yep, Hallelujah Rocks back to the Rock Pile, drop our rocks and jail-break back to our starting point near the flag. All the Maury guys showed their speed and ‘Hot Pursuit’. Where is that young man (Respect), anyway? Lachey can also fly.
Break into two lines. Compete as Each line of PAX had 2: 5 Gallon Water JUGS…(Was a purdy sight). So, the guy at the front would Farmer Carry (most all ran like heck) the two jugs about 50 yards and back so the next guy could show their suave running moves. The current Saturday Q helped our line out as some of the jug jiggled out a bit of water upon passing of the jug. The rest of the PAX in honor of Muhammad Ali and “Yo Rocky” completed the ‘ButKis’, which is the rapid step-ups on the curbing until their turn to run.
Circle Up for Sweet Mary:
Cadence led: Arsenio schooled us-Flutter Kicks. Dig-a-Hole cranked out some Hammer time. Thumper was Patriotic, leading the way with some WWII’s. BookWorm, well, he was unexpectedly cruel with Dollies with his hold counts. Duff, led us in a beverage challenge (not really, just cannot remember as that was over 12 hours). Quick-Lube showed everyone his hydraulic moves with Hip Thrusters.
Prayers for Psycho and babies first Myrtle Beach travel trip and safety; Hank Hinton-cancer; Kim Jones-Cold-Cut’s niece not doing well with Cancer. Many Cancer victims. Micheal Webb (White Shadow)-Thumper’s son and upcoming sport try-outs. D-Day anniversary and what occurred allowing us F-3 having Freedom because of the Brave.
