Grammar asked me a few weeks ago if I would co-VQ with him. The introvert in me wanted to say no but I decided it was time for me to step out of my comfort zone to become a better leader and make myself better overall. I am so glad I chose to do the harder thing because man it was fun! I appreciate all of you showing up to support me with my VQ. With that being said, the Build Up went a little something like this…

The Thang

Grammar warm-up – 20 SSH, 21 Squats, 22 Merkins and Guantanamo

YHC took over the lead from here….

  • Jog 1 lap around BLP
  • Mosey over to the 3rd base foul line in the outfield on field 3 for Bear Crawl 1-2-3
    • The PAX partnered up for 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, and 300 squats.
    • While partner 1 is doing 1-2-3, partner 2 Bear crawled from the foul line to even with 2nd base, then mosey back
    • Each partner flip flopped until all exercises were complete
  • Bataan Death March
    • PAX split in 2 groups and jogged in opposite directions
    • Last guy dropped to complete 5 burpee’s and sprinted to the front of the line
  • Sprints with PAX choice for exercises in-between (4 sets)
    • Last set we sprinted back to the flag
