Glory Days

Stern reached out a few weeks back about Qing Buildup.  I have Qed this site many times as I was once the site Q.  In prepping my game plan I ran through all the different and fun workouts that could be done here.  We have had a lot of rain so I couldn’t get the crowd too dirty.  Sooooo plant the flag and off we go……

Warm UP
SSH, Good Mornings, Sun Gods, Slow Merkins

The Thang
1 round of Circle burpees.
Mosey ½ of track and 2 rounds of
Bear crawl to fence, 10 squats then run back
Lunge to fence, 10 squats then run back
Squat Jump to fence, 10 squats then run back.
Suicides to fence, 10 squats then run back.

Mosey to Mt Boyd Lee for 11s (dirkins at bottom of the hill and Squats at the top) a few over achievers went for the backwards bear crawl up hill
Run backwards to the concession stand for 2 rounds of Irkins and Dirkins on the wall followed up with 15 steps ups with each leg on tables, 20 WW1 and 20 American Hammers.
Back to the Flag for 2 rounds of sprints before 0615.
