  • we need 20 reps for the following 3 times: Curls, Tri Press, Rows, Shoulder Press, squats, shoulder raises
  • Next we lunge the whole parking lot with stopping at every light pole to do 5 squats
  • Next we partner up and one partner did an exercise as the other partner ran up the hill bear crawl around the circle. Then the partner flapjack. We did the following exercises: LBC, Hallelujah, WW1 and Empirical Walkers
