The Thang

YHC royally screwed this up, but hey, we’ve never done this before.  We’ll know next time.

PAX line up in two groups with rucks on.  One group has two 35 pound KBs and the other group had 60lb sandbag.

It should’ve worked as follows:

  • PAX line up with rucks on and coupon in the back of the line.
  • Front man leads
  • Man in back rucks to front of line with coupon and hands it off to the guy in the front.
  • PAX hands the coupon like a conveyor belt to the back, who then rucks to the front.
  • Ruck to the Stop Light and then switch coupons with the other group.
  • Return to the flag for PT.

After some great mumblechatter (calling out YHC for not knowing how to lead the ruck) YHC decided to seek revenge.

  • Flutter kicks, hold Ruck overhead IC x 20
  • Ruck Curls IC x 10
  • Merkins IC x 15
  • Thrusters IC x 10 (Doesn’t work IC)  Q fail….@neverhappened asked me when the next QSchool would be!  GOOD ONE!
