A solid group of 13 PAX came out for my first Q at Eagles Ridge!

First order of business: Pledge of Allegiance

Warm Up

  • SSH
  • High Knees
  • Arm Circles
  • Michael Phelps

The Thang

  • mosey over to benches for 11s: Dips on one bench and Irkins on the other, Bear Crawl in between benches.
  • mosey over to the meadow where we could feel a nice crunch of frost under our feet. Start at first light pole with Merkins x 10, run to the end of meadow and back to the 2nd light, repeat Merkins and add Squats x 20, run to end and back to 3rd light, repeat previous exercises and add Hallelujahs x 30, run to end and back to the 4th light, repeat all previous reps and add Flutter Kicks x 40 (most PAX had opted for the dry parking lot over the frosty meadow at this point), run to end of the meadow for Burpees x 5 OYO.   Repeat everything in reverse order to finish with Merkins at our starting point.
  • mosey back to benches for 7s: Burpees on one side and HR Squats on the other, Lunge in between benches
  • mosey over to the Pirate Statue, AMRAP Merkins while PAX takes turns running up and down the stairs in pairs.
  • Back to the Flag to finish at 6:15
