The Thang:

Warmup first exercise, Pledge of Allegiance.

SSH, Michael Phelps, Arm Circles forward and backward, Cotton Pickers.

Mosey to the meadow for 4 corners of Burpees, Merkins, Plank Jacks, WW2’s with Mosey between corners.  Rinse and repeat with same 4 corner exercise with Lunges in between the corners.

Mosey to the Pirate Statue, partnered up.  Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 for 100 Durkins, 200 WW2’s, 300 LBC’s.

Go to the tunnel for people’s chair with each PAX 10 count with their choice of arm exercise.  Then went to tables and benches for 40 dips and 40 step ups.

Back to the tunnel for another round of People’s Chair with 10 count PAX choice of arm exercises.  Then Balls to the Wall for a 10 count down the line.

Mosey back to flag, time expired.
