Warmup:

  • Flag run to the stoplight
  • Stretch at the stoplight
  • Flag run back

The Thang:

Partner up – Partner A curls while partner B carries kettle bell to tree and back 2X. Partner A overhead press while partner B overhead carries to tree and back 2X.  Partner A does goblet squats while partner B sprints down and back.
