The Thang:

  1. Start with Lt. Dan down the parking lot, Obamas (bear crawl with Carolina Dry Dock every 4th step) back down the lot.
  2. Mosey to side parking lot.
  3. Quarter Pounder w/ Merkins, Squats, SSH, and Hallelujahs.  Sprints down, backwards run back.
  4. Mosey to Church breezeway.
  5. Walls of Jericho.  7 of each exercise, then do a lap around the church building.
