- Start with Lt. Dan down the parking lot, Obamas (bear crawl with Carolina Dry Dock every 4th step) back down the lot.
- Mosey to side parking lot.
- Quarter Pounder w/ Merkins, Squats, SSH, and Hallelujahs. Sprints down, backwards run back.
- Mosey to Church breezeway.
- Walls of Jericho. 7 of each exercise, then do a lap around the church building.
