• Warm Up:
    • 10 Good Mornings
    • 10 Cotton Pickers
    • 10 SSH
    • Arm Burner (arm circles, overhead claps, seal claps, hallelujahs, 45° hold while each PAX named their favorite Christmas movie)
  • The Thang
    • Had to get the heart beating and the leakage flowing to warm the body up!
      • Suicides to each curb – 10 Kettlebell Swings & go up by 5 reps for each suicide
      • Suicide 7s to the closest curb
        • Goblet Squats and Reverse Lunges (2 is 1)
        • Do a set of 6, run to the curb and back, do a set of 1 for the other exercise, rinse and repeat until it flips
        • Breezy had to dip out at this time
      • 10 reps for each of the following exercises – completed 3 times
        • Overhead Press
        • Tricep Extensions
        • High Pulls
        • Cleans (10 each arm)
        • Snatches (10 each arm)
    • A super cool “squatted” truck drove by that sounded like the exhaust was ready to explode.
      • If you drive one of these, you have a small winkie and crave attention
      • Don’t drive one of these trucks. If you do, get it fixed and then people may want to talk to you
      • Some more humorous mumble chatter ensued and we ended at 6:15
