The Thang:

We began with a short jog around the dowdy complex and met back at the flag. Next, transitioning to the Army APFT warm-up routine in which we did 10 4-count exercises for 10 repetitions.

We started breakfast next by:

Planking for :30 immediately following we flipped into 12 repetitions of 4-count flutter kicks.

Flip the omelets for :30 plank flipped over for 11 repetitions of the 4-count flutter kick.

Flip the omelets for :30 plank flipped over for 10 repetitions of the 4-count flutter kick.

Recovered to mosey approximately 100 yds to serve the first customers.

We peppered the eggs with 30 4-count mummy kicks.

Added salsa with 10 4-count frog kicks.

Planking for :30 immediately following we flipped into 09 repetitions of 4-count flutter kicks.

Flip the omelets for :30 plank flipped over for 08 repetitions of the 4-count flutter kick.

We moseyed to the West wall and sat to enjoy some rhythmic 10-count wall sits (90 seconds)

Held the Plank for additional time and put arms out front then to the sides (30 seconds )

Recovered to mosey approximately 50 yds to check orders.

We the had Circle Royale in which each PAX called out an exercise command.

We rain danced by galloping in a circle in alternating directions.

We moseyed to the West wall and sat to enjoy some rhythmic 10-count wall sits (90 seconds)

Moseyed approximately 100 yards to the front of Arena and continued cooking
