10 Burpees-  OYO

YHC instructed we were going to be running to the top of College Hill with some mumble and grumble from a certain PAX member who will not be named, CB.

PAX reached top of College Hill and was instructed to go back and get the six. Once all the PAX members arrived, YHC hopped up on the ledge and announced that the workout would be the following:

“Some of you were there for the July 4th workout and some of you weren’t. So we are going to revisit the workout with some modifications.” There was groaning but hey it was a tough workout and I’m not here to go light on the PAX or myself.

The Thang

10 Burpees- OYO at the top of the hill

Run to the bottom of the hill at the cross-walk

25 Merkins

Run back to the top of the hill

50 Lunges (25 each leg)- When YHC reached to the top of the hill he heard the words “Bambino- suck it.” Most people would have gotten pissed but knowing who it was coming from I know I was coming through with the beatdown as promised.

Back to the bottom of the hill

100 flutter kicks (This was a modification from the July 4th workout of 100 WW II)

Back to the top of the hill

150 squats

Once the PAX had finished it was rinse and repeat

While at the bottom of the hill the clock showed 6:08 and it was time to go. PAX ran back to the flag just in time as 6:15 hit
