Warm Up:  Pledge; 15 SSH; 10 Butt Kickers; 10 High Knees; 1 Burpee for fun followed by 4 penalty burpees for Slalom being late

The Thang:

Mosey to the meadow for burpee’s & bear crawls.  Line up on the sidewalk and do 5 burpees; bear crawl to the middle of the meadow and do 5 burpees; bear crawl to the other sidewalk and do 5 burpees

Next mosey down to the bus stop in the big parking lot at the bottom of Minges.  Count off into two teams.

Round One:  Team One Indian Run’s to the top of the parking lot and IR back to the bottom.  Team Two lines up against the curb and each PAX leads 5 reps of merkins and 5 WWI until Team One returns (then switch)

Round Two:  Team One Indian Run’s to the top of the parking lot and IR back to the bottom.  Team Two uses bus stop benches and each PAX leads 5 reps of derkins and 5 dips until Team One returns (then switch)

Round Three: Team One Indian Run’s to the top of the parking lot and IR back to the bottom.  Team Two lines uses bus stop benches and each PAX leads 5 erkins and 5 WWII until Team One returns (then switch)

Mosey to the Minges Pool wall for BTW & LBC.  Each Pax calls 3 seconds BTW all the way down the line and then each PAX calls 3 LBC’s all the way down the line (2 rounds)

Next mosey back to The Medow for burpee’s & bear crawls.  Line up on the sidewalk and do 5 burpees; bear crawl to the middle of the meadow and do 5 burpees; bear crawl to the other sidewalk and do 5 burpees

Jail Break to The Flag.  Finish with one burpee for fun.  615am
