The Thang

  • Standing broad jump x10, sprint the rest of the 100 meter
  • Power skip x10, sprint the rest of the 100 meter
  • Five 4-count jump lunges stationary IC, sprint 50 meters, recover 50 meters
  • Ten jump squats IC, sprint 50 meters, recover 50 meters

Completed the circuit approximately 2x through.

Ended with 400 meter relay. Each partner had to perform 10 burpees before beginning their 400 meter.

Everybody slayed this workout. Arkansas pushed the limit on the 100 meter sprints, Duff left it all out on the track on the 400 meter relay, and Clipper was a beast the whole way through. Very pleased with the intensity and effort from all PAX involved!
