Warmup: hallelujah, squat , merkins,

after the warm we lined in 2 lines and went over to wintergreen carrying sandbags rotating ever 50 steps, once we reached the parking lot at wintergreen we went over the sandbag rotation or pass. Going around 3 in pairs of 3-4 after one complete circle we did some PT.
Merkins, squat, burpee, ruck swing, ruck press X 10 each. Did one more time around parking lot working on sandbag rotations. After we completed the loop we heading the soccer field at the back of Keene park. PT was reps of 100 ( partners) while one PAX did exercises the other ruck 75yards down and back. 100 merkins , 100 squats, 100 ruck swing, 100 ruck curls, then 50 burpees after everyone completed we started to head back to base.
