Sometimes we have a plan and sometimes we Make Stuff Up.  I hadn’t plan to Q this one but plans change and you get asked to Q and you just go for it.  There was no Mellow Johnny and no Early Bird so we didn’t have sand bags to carry.  I had a 25lb and 35lb blocks of bricks in the truck so we used those as team weights.  I was running a tad behind but we were able to circle up exactly at 7am.  We started with reps of merkins, MCs, and overhand claps(thanks Bush).

Off to the parking deck we go.  The routine was up and down the deck.  We take the stairs up do and exercise and take the ramps down and do an exercise.  We did merkins, overhead press, flutters, dollys, plank jacks and people’s chair while passing the 35lb weight back and forth.

After the deck we head to death valley.  We do a series of 7s with merkins and squats.  After the 7s we head back to the start.  Where Wok N Roll finished off with a brutal session of the overhand clap.  We thought it would never end.  Way to push the Pax, Wok!!!

Hurricane let us know after the workout he had a sand bag.  We will have him bring it out next time.

We made sure everyone was aware of the Sunday Sunrise Service and Mr. Belding prayed us out.  Excellent workout by the Pax.  Thanks for being patient while I was making it up as I went along.
