I do not know how everyone else feels before Q’ing, but I get anxious, trying to plan a good and safe route, triple alarms, and figuring out what to say during the COT. Well, I am flummoxed the COT today, focusing so much on what I wanted to say that I did not mention the many prayers and praises we discussed before kneeling. I noticed the awkward pause at the end by the guys and no one called me out on it because they are supportive. Thank you for being understanding and dealing with my screw up, it was great to see so many out there this morning! Extra T Claps for Rafiki, he went to a concert in Raleigh the night before and had extra hydration, yet still was out there and has since completed 40 miles in 2 days to celebrate his 40th birthday, way to go!
